THE

FOUNDER EDIT

The 6 month, 1:1 programme that turns scattered marketing into one strategic plan you confidently lead.

Finally know what's working, where your budget goes, and how to grow on your terms. No big agency retainer required. (Yet)

For wildly ambitious product based founders who are doing everything they know to be right while still paying everyone else except themselves. (For yet another month in a row)

It's Monday morning,

and everyone needs something from you. (again)

Your morning coffee is already cold, your WhatsApp is already full.

The social team wants "ideas" for the week ahead.

The Meta ads account has hit its spending limit again.

And that email, the one you slapped together on Friday and was meant to go out at peak time last night, never got sent.

You open Instagram and the influencer you sent £500 worth of product to, in the hopes of a gorgeously curated post, has just mentioned youin the corner of a story with 5 other brands.

Babe, right now you've got two choices:

Carry on like this and tell yourself that next week will be better.

Tell the team to "just post something.”

Plead small business poverty to the influencer and throw out a flash sale, hoping it brings in enough to switch the ads back on.

(And don't forget to send the email, even though it's going to get lost in a sea of operational emails on a Monday morning.)

Or decide that this is where it ends.

You are a proactive founder, not a reactive assistant.

Invest in a programme that edits your marketing into a strategic plan that tells you exactly where your time, your team and your budget should actually go.

Because here's the truth no one tells founders like you.

You don't need to throw more money at marketing.
You don't need to go into huge debt to hire an agency.
You need to know what's working, what isn't, and what to do about both.

That’s The Founder Edit.

What’s inside the program:

Six phases, six months to complete it.
One clear direction.

Phase 1: The Audit

Figure out what is actually working and what isn't, so that you can confidently spend money on marketing instead of quietly resenting it.

Cut what's quietly draining your time and budget, so that there's finally room for what actually grows your revenue and lights you up.

Pour your heart and soul into creating a marketing strategy. Then share it with your resources so that they know exactly what to focus on and when. (And stop asking you a million questions a day)

Your marketing stops running like disconnected tactics scattered like confetti and starts moving as one coordinated plan. So you can finally take your hands off the day-to-day without it all falling apart.

You shift from reactive firefighter to proactive founder, leading your business with a plan, instead of hustling each month just to keep it alive.

Watch your revenue projections actually happen, start to dream bigger and build a path towards wholesale and investment.

The Founder Edit IS right for you if:

The Founder Edit IS NOT right for you if:

The bells & whistles of what's included…

Investment: £700/month over 6 months
or £3,999 paid in full.

You never started this business to simply break even after paying inflated marketing invoices.

You started this business because you love it, and it needs to start loving you back.

Imagine if 6 months from now your business generates a salary that you take guilt free, still has money in the bank for those celebratory rooftop cocktails after your latest range sold out, and (wait for it) has an increased projected turnover for next month.

You might be thinking Meta ads or an influencer campaign is the smarter move right now.

But what if it doesn't work?

That's more money down the drain with nothing to show for it and you are back at square one.

Investing in a strategy means you stop questioning every decision and start making them with confidence.

It’s your choice babe.

But ask yourself where you want to be in 6 months:
Still riding the highs and lows of whatever you tried last,
or grounded, structured and watching your revenue grow?

If it's the second one,
The Founder Edit is for you.

Ex-Elle Magazine. Ex-global agency. Fully recovered corporate girl who chose chaos, clients and the thrill of an order notification instead.

I'm Kyllie Knight, a Marketing Strategist who has spent a decade building lustworthy brands.

In 2015 I founded Knighted Branding in South Africa, a creative agency I've since scaled into a six figure, globally recognised business with clients across the UK, US and South Africa and a team of six.

Our clients have been featured in Vogue and Glamour, and our products have landed in the hands of celebrities.

Kyllie Knight Consulting was born from a gap I kept seeing firsthand, and if I'm being honest, one I contributed to in my agency days. Ambitious product founders were throwing money at agencies before the strategic foundations were in place to make any of it work. So I built something different.

South African. Surrey based. Proud mum to Charlotte (8) and Eddy (5), and wife to Tom. I've built this business intentionally around the life I want to live. The kind where hard work creates real opportunity for my kids, but where I still get to be the one picking them up from school every day. For me, that's not a compromise. That's the whole point.

When I'm not in strategy mode, you'll find me with a glass of champagne in hand, planning the next trip or coming up with a reason to throw a social event. A lover of life, a natural leader and someone with very big plans. Proof that ambition and presence aren't mutually exclusive.

You really can have both.
